It was a great pleasure to have Doron Sher visit with me in theatre at the Brisbane Private Hospital for the day recently. Doron is an experienced shoulder surgeon based in Sydney. We spent the day discussing superior capsular reconstruction (SCR) procedures. SCR is a procedure I use to either reconstruct irreparable rotator cuff tears or to reinforce massive rotator cuff tears that are at risk of re-rupture with standard techniques.
